EDITORIAL

Dear readers and colleagues,
The third issue of the international scientific internet journal „Journal of Central European Agriculture“ which is just comming out contains the scientific papers and additionally the abstract collection from the international scientific conference Agroregion 2004 which was taken place in České Budějovice. The conference was aimed at sustainable agriculture and harmonization of the production and nonproduction functions of farming, which is an actual problem in the countries having come into the EU in this year and which affect all JCEA member countries by an important way.
There is one positive finding, that we were succesfull in cooperating with such reviewers, who were able to process the review in a very short term. That sped up the process of opponents proceedings and cut down the period between paper obtaining by editorial board and paper sending to publicate. The authors assisted notably to cut down this period , because they were able to correct their papers according to reviewer´s suggestions immediately after obtaining the review.
The Czech republic national editorial board which is performing a function of the main editorial board this year would like to thank all authors and reviewers, who enabled to cut down the way between papers processing and publishing by their accurate aproach and fast response.
